Description
TerraForm Power is hiring a Regional Operations/BOP Manager, Wind to lead the operations, safety, compliance, production, maintenance, budgeting, and financial performance of a portfolio of wind assets in the Texas region. The role oversees multiple sites and field teams, manages Balance of Plant infrastructure and major maintenance projects, coordinates outages and capital projects, and serves as a primary interface with regulators, landowners, communities, and external partners. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of renewable energy or industrial operations experience, wind O&M experience, and regular travel across the region.
