Description
The Regional Operations Optimization Specialist – West supports process standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across an assigned region. The role assesses operations, develops and implements standardized workflows and SOPs, conducts audits and root-cause analyses, improves ERP and business-system workflows, analyzes operational data and KPIs, and collaborates with operations, supply chain, services, IT, and other business teams. It is a permanent individual-contributor role that can be hybrid or office-based in any major metropolitan area where Bolt Supply House operates, and requires at least three years of relevant operational experience.
