democracyFIRST is looking for a highly motivated Regional Organizing Director (ROD) to join their team in Green Bay, Oshkosh, or Racine, WI. The ROD will be responsible for expanding the field program to elect pro-democracy candidates, managing a canvassing team, coaching them to meet goals, and reporting to the National Field Director. This position requires strong recruitment, training, and management skills, along with flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
