Leadership role managing outside-school-hours care (OSHC) services across the South East suburbs of Victoria in a hybrid/mobile arrangement. The position focuses on safety, compliance, quality outcomes, educator leadership, assessment and rating support, stakeholder coordination with school principals and families, and driving regional service growth. It is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity with travel allowance, supplied business tools, and requires education/childcare-related qualifications, a valid driver’s licence, own car, and child safety checks.
