IPG is hiring a Regional Operations Manager – Protective Packaging to lead operations across three manufacturing sites in Chicago, Toronto, and Carlstadt. The role oversees regional strategy, productivity, cost optimization, safety, staffing, succession planning, standardized manufacturing systems, financial performance, and operational KPIs. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, manufacturing experience, operational excellence and safety leadership experience, multi-site leadership experience, and P&L management skills.
