Description
The Regional Portfolio Manager oversees residential property portfolios and associations, managing day-to-day operations, tenant relations, maintenance, security, contracts, budgets, capital improvements, insurance claims, and onsite staff. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5–7 years of property or portfolio management experience, budget and supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and community-management software.
