Description
Strategic Group is hiring a Regional Portfolio Manager to lead the performance of an assigned residential property portfolio across Calgary. Reporting to the Vice President, Property Management, the role oversees occupancy, renewals, revenue, budgets, collections, resident satisfaction, operational standards, and site performance while coaching Resident Experience Managers and escalating complex resident or operational matters. The position requires regular travel between properties and applicants must be located in Calgary or the surrounding area.
