Description
The Regional Practice Administrator will oversee the overall operation of Pediatrics practices and other assigned initiatives, supporting practice acquisition and onboarding, mentoring practice managers and supervisors, developing annual budgets, monitoring customer satisfaction, improving processes, participating in project teams, recommending facility improvements, and maintaining practice leases. The role requires a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field, four years of practice management or healthcare administration experience, and a driver's license is preferred.
