Description
The Regional Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple multifamily communities across the Western United States, working extensively on-site with Community Managers, maintenance teams, residents, and vendors. Responsibilities include property inspections, maintenance and capital projects, financial monitoring, leasing and marketing initiatives, team mentoring, vendor management, resident satisfaction, move-in and move-out coordination, and continuous improvement. The role requires at least five years of multifamily property management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel weekly between sites.
