EAH Housing is hiring a full-time Regional Property Supervisor to oversee the fiscal, physical, and operational aspects of the Crescent Park and Nevin Plaza properties in Richmond, California. The role supervises site staff, reviews financial reports, maintains file compliance, supports acquisitions and developments, conducts site visits, and monitors property performance. Candidates need at least one year of multi-site property supervision experience, knowledge of HUD and related affordable-housing guidelines, a current California Real Estate Sales License or ability to obtain one within nine months, and a valid driver’s license. The salary range is $90,000 to $148,000 per year, with a hiring range of $90,000 to $119,000 for new employees.
