EAH Housing is hiring a full-time Property Supervisor in Oahu, Hawaii, to oversee the fiscal, physical, and operational aspects of a portfolio of properties. The role supervises site staff, reviews and reports financial performance, maintains file compliance, supports acquisitions and developments, conducts site visits, and monitors physical assets. Candidates need at least one year of multi-site property management or supervision experience, knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH, and ADA guidelines, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle access, and a current real estate license or willingness to obtain one within nine months. The salary range is $85,500–$136,800 per year, with a hiring range of $85,500–$111,150 per year for new employees.
