The role partners with field leaders, project teams, and corporate leadership to promote a proactive safety culture, support safe construction activities, develop safety plans and hazard analyses, conduct inspections and audits, investigate incidents, track safety metrics, maintain compliance documentation, and coordinate emergency response. The position requires at least five years of construction safety experience and offers a compensation range of 105,000 to 160,000, along with health and dental premium coverage and other benefits.
