Tenable is hiring a Regional Sales Director to lead its sales team across Italy, Spain, and Portugal. The role owns the regional go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, pipeline health, forecasting, complex enterprise negotiations, strategic channel partnerships, and key customer relationships, while coaching Enterprise Account Executives and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates need senior sales management experience, extensive cybersecurity sales experience, strong MEDDPICC and pipeline skills, fluency in Spanish or Italian and English, and the ability to travel up to 50% within the Mediterranean region. The position is remote and offers an EU base salary range of €110,500 to €147,166.67.
