Cincom is hiring a Regional Sales Executive to establish and expand its enterprise software business across the DACH region, initially focusing on Germany and later Austria and Switzerland. The role combines direct enterprise business development and complex consultative sales with strategic channel-partner recruitment and enablement, market expansion, territory planning, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will have proven enterprise software, technology, or B2B sales success, experience opening markets and managing complex sales cycles, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, knowledge of the DACH market, native-level German, professional English, and preferably a bachelor's degree in a relevant business field.
