Description
The Territory Sales Manager develops and executes annual territory business plans, manages strategic customer relationships, drives revenue and gross-margin growth, and expands new business in an established geographic territory. The role uses a consultative sales approach, maintains CRM and forecasting discipline, coordinates with engineering, operations, quality, finance, supply chain, and leadership, and represents SPVG at customer locations and industry events. It requires approximately 20% travel, a valid driver's license, and experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineered-products, or pressure-vessel markets; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
