Axon is hiring a Regional Sales Manager, Indonesia to lead a portfolio of law enforcement and government customers across developed Asian countries, including Indonesia and the Philippines. The role is remotely based in Singapore, reports to the VP of Emerging Markets, and involves setting and executing complex sales strategies, managing high-value customer relationships, forecasting and reporting, coaching the sales team, and driving revenue growth. Candidates need 15+ years of progressive complex-sales experience, a degree-level education, strong consultative and enterprise SaaS sales expertise, and experience with complex procurement and cross-functional sales organizations.
