The role partners with sector and regional leaders, develops business plans, recruits and mentors staff, supports project acquisition and execution, and leads performance management. It requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, or a related field, with a professional license or certification preferred. The position operates in Phoenix, Arizona, and Denver, Colorado, with Monday–Thursday office work and flexible Friday work.
