BYD Automotive Austria GmbH is hiring an Aftersales Manager to oversee the service quality, performance, and operations of its dealer network in Austria. The role supports dealers and customers, develops and executes aftersales projects, coordinates with European and Chinese teams, manages customer satisfaction and complaints, supports regional after-market activities, and provides analysis and reporting. Candidates need at least five years of automotive or e-mobility experience with an importer or OEM, two years of project management or operations experience, fluent German and English, a valid EU driving license, and eligibility to work in the European Union or Austria.
