BYD Europe is hiring a Regional After Sales Representative Passenger Cars to establish and manage after-sales activities in the Ukraine region. The role supports local dealers and dealer groups, develops and implements service products and policies, monitors service KPIs and customer satisfaction, coordinates spare parts, handles warranty and quality issues, and travels frequently across the region and potentially to China. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s-level education, at least five years of automotive or e-mobility after-sales experience, strong communication skills in the local language and English, and a valid EU driver’s license.
