Elastic is hiring a Regional Services Partner to lead enterprise-sector services in the EMEA Central region. The role owns services bookings and revenue targets, develops territory strategies, manages forecasting and complex bids, oversees concurrent engagements, and provides governance and risk oversight for strategic accounts. It requires 8+ years of enterprise professional services, program delivery, or pre-sales experience, enterprise-sector experience, technology-solution delivery expertise, German and English fluency, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
