Description
The Technology Director will lead the organization’s technology strategy and software development lifecycle, overseeing architecture, product development, implementation, quality, security, scalability, infrastructure, project delivery, and technology roadmaps. The role manages multidisciplinary development teams, coordinates with UX/UI and technical support, makes technical decisions, and presents technology progress to the CEO and executive committee. It is a hybrid position in San Salvador with a Monday-to-Friday schedule, $3,500–$5,000 salary, and medical and life insurance benefits.
