Ally Behavior is hiring a full-time Regional Speech-Language Pathologist to provide intensive early-intervention speech therapy to children with autism across multiple locations in Maryland, Virginia, or the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The role involves managing a caseload of up to 23 clients, completing parent training, meeting billable-hour expectations, collaborating with occupational therapists and behavior analysts, and maintaining confidentiality. Candidates must hold a Speech-Language Pathology master's degree, active licensure, ASHA certification eligibility, BLS certification, and experience with early intervention and children with autism. The position requires on-site work Monday through Friday and offers a salary of $80,000–$100,000 USD, with bonus eligibility and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
