The Regional Support Specialist supports Coldwell Banker agents, branch leaders, and marketing efforts from a branch office. Responsibilities include agent and client service, technology and operational support, social media and marketing assistance, office organization, agent onboarding, branch culture and events, recruitment support, and coordination with facilities and IT.
