Description
The Regional Surface Hub Manager will own and optimize DHL Blue Dart’s regional surface network, including SFC Hub Operations, Surface Fleet and Network, and First Mile (PUD) Operations across multiple states. The role leads regional managers and senior managers, drives transportation efficiency, fleet utilization, hub throughput, service quality, cost optimization, process standardization, and continuous improvement, and collaborates with Air Network, CPU, Last Mile, Finance, Engineering, Commercial, HR, Procurement, and Network Planning teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 12–15 years of logistics operations experience, with 50% travel required.
