Rapyd is hiring a Regional Tax Manager based in Bogotá on a hybrid model to lead tax operations across seven Latin American countries. The role reports to the VP of Global Tax, manages a regional tax team, and owns tax strategy, compliance, reporting, commercial advisory, transfer pricing, audits, governance, process optimization, and collaboration with Finance, Legal, Product, and Operations. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, 8–10 years of tax experience, deep Colombian and broader LATAM tax expertise, and fluency in English and Spanish.
