The role manages 8 to 12 field technicians, monitors service quality and production targets, trains and develops the team, handles customer disputes, and may accompany sales representatives. It requires a Bac +3 qualification, at least three years of management experience, and mobility, with overnight travel expected approximately 20% of the time. The position offers a permanent contract, a fixed gross salary of €40,600 per year, and potential variable compensation of up to 20% additional compensation.
