Description
The MITS Regional Technical Resource Manager will report to the MITS National Director of Engineering and will be responsible for managing MITS Technical Resources within a defined US region. This role involves providing guidance and direct support to clients regarding managed network service needs, interacting daily with internal technical and sales resources, and overseeing project-based work. The manager will also act as an IT advisor, ensuring efficient project management, resource monitoring, and timely billing.
