Description
The Regional Trainer, Greater China, will play a crucial role in preparing Axis channel partners and ensuring their professionalism by delivering training programs for Axis customers in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan markets. This involves conducting professional trainings, implementing new materials from headquarters, and localizing them with region-specific examples. The trainer will also gather input from the region to improve training modules and lab examples, developing and leading various training formats such as classroom instruction, webinars, and demo cases at trade shows. Additionally, the trainer will act as an IP surveillance knowledge provider, offering technical marketing support.
