The trainer will collaborate with Area Technical Managers to identify knowledge gaps, develop tailored training plans, and track progress. This role involves conducting field audits, maintaining training matrices, and providing ongoing support to technicians. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to travel.
