TKDA is hiring a Regional Vice President in Seattle to lead regional growth, strategy, client partnerships, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration. The role partners with executive and division leaders, develops regional business plans, strengthens market presence, mentors employees, and may provide project or technical leadership. Candidates should have significant leadership experience in engineering, architecture, construction, environmental services, or another professional-services environment, along with strong business judgment, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
