Advantage Point Group is hiring a Registered Architect for its Facilities Design Team in St. Paul, Minnesota. The role leads commercial and industrial facility design from programming through construction documents, manages multiple projects, coordinates with engineering teams, advises clients, handles construction administration, and mentors architectural designers and CAD drafters. Candidates must be Minnesota-licensed or able to obtain licensure within six months, have 7–10 years of commercial and industrial architectural design experience, and be proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Compensation is $125,000–$156,000 per year plus benefits and time-and-a-half overtime.
