Description
Valley Behavioral Health is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in home and clinical settings. The RBT implements treatment goals, collects and monitors data, documents care, models positive behavior supports, and collaborates with families, BCBAs, and interdisciplinary teams. The role requires one year of experience working with children, RBT certification within 90 days, and CPR certification as needed. Compensation starts at $16.50 for unlicensed technicians and $19.00 for licensed technicians, with a Monday-Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and benefits for eligible full-time and part-time employees.
