Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home, in-school, and community-based ABA services for children with autism across North Carolina, including Lexington and Advance. The role involves implementing BCBA treatment plans, collecting client data, supporting communication and daily living skill development, collaborating with families and clinical team members, and participating in ongoing training.
