Optimal Care Therapy is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an immediate-start afternoon role in the South Side area of Chicago. The technician will provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect and document client progress data, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe, positive therapy environment.
