Happy Hearts ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA services for children with autism in the Toms River area and greater Northern New Jersey. The role offers $25-$30 per hour, biweekly pay, flexible scheduling, health/dental/vision insurance for full-time employees, PTO, and bonuses for new hires. Candidates must hold an active RBT credential through the BACB, have reliable transportation, and be willing to complete fingerprinting and reference checks.
