Life Skills Autism Academy is hiring a full-time, center-based Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one and group ABA therapy for young children with autism. The role delivers individualized treatment, collects and records client behavior data, supports parent and caregiver training, maintains documentation and safety standards, and assists with behavior assessments and skills acquisition. Candidates must hold current RBT certification, have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, be at least 18 years old, and be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and an annual tuberculosis test. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with pay of $18–$23 per hour and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
