Description
Silver Swing ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver individualized Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy services to clients in various settings such as home, school, or clinic. The RBT will implement treatment plans developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect and document client progress data, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a positive therapeutic environment. This role emphasizes evidence-based practices, fostering collaboration, and contributing to client success.
