Ambitions ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children and support for families. The role pays $20–$25 per hour and includes paid training, free CEUs, referral bonuses, and support with the RBT exam fee. Responsibilities include following BCBA treatment plans, preparing sessions, implementing interventions, communicating with the BCBA, maintaining professionalism with parents and caregivers, collecting client progress data, and complying with HIPAA and BACB ethical standards. Required qualifications include RBT certification, with access to the certification course available for candidates who have experience working with children in professional or volunteer settings, plus strong interpersonal and communication skills.
