Description
Seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians for a part-time role. RBTs will supervise under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver personalized treatment plans for clients in home and community settings. Key duties include providing direct therapy, implementing ABA treatment plans, collecting behavioral data, assisting in strategy development, participating in team meetings, fostering strong client-family relationships, and adhering to ethical guidelines.
