Description
Advanceable ABA is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians and experienced ABA Behavior Technicians to provide individualized 1:1 in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism in Henrico, Virginia and surrounding areas. The role implements BCBA-created behavior treatment plans, teaches communication and adaptive skills, applies evidence-based ABA strategies, collects session data, documents care, communicates with families and clinical staff, and participates in supervision and training. A high school diploma, reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, travel to client homes, dependable attendance, and professional communication are required; RBT certification and prior ABA/autism experience are strongly preferred. Compensation is $22–$26 per hour, with primarily weekday afternoon and after-school schedules of approximately 15–25+ hours per week.
