Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. The role involves delivering one-on-one therapy sessions focusing on teaching new skills and reducing challenging behaviors using positive reinforcement techniques. Both newcomers and experienced RBTs/AAB Therapists are welcomed, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities available for full-time and part-time positions.
