Description
The role implements individualized ABA programming and behavior intervention plans for children and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, teaches skills through discrete trial and natural environment methods, collects behavioral data, and provides clinical services under BCBA supervision. It requires a high school diploma or GED, ABA proficiency, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively; RBT certification and a related degree are preferred, along with a background check, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
