Description
The role implements individualized applied behavior analysis programming supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, executes behavior intervention plans, teaches skills through discrete trial and natural environment methods, collects client data, and provides clinical services to children and young adults with autism spectrum disorders. A high school diploma or GED is required, while RBT certification and a degree in a related field are preferred; the position also requires independent and team work, organizational skills, a background check, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
