Description
The role implements individualized applied behavior analysis programming supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, executes behavior intervention plans, teaches skills through discrete trial and natural environment methods, collects client data, and provides clinical services in client home or school environments. A high school diploma or GED is required, while RBT certification and a degree in a related field are preferred; the position also requires independent and team work, organizational and time-management skills, a background check, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
