Description
Accurate ABA is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, or other special needs. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, reducing challenging behaviors, and participating in supervision sessions.
