Alight Behavioral Therapy MN is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. The role involves implementing ABA programs, teaching new skills, reducing challenging behaviors using positive reinforcement, and documenting session outcomes. Candidates should be highly motivated, empathetic, and able to adapt to a fast-paced, child-centered environment. Both new and experienced RBTs are welcome, with opportunities for high-level training.
