Autism Learning Partners is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician in Columbus, Ohio, to provide play-based behavioral support to children and teens with autism in client homes and local centers. The role offers part-time and full-time schedules, $21–$26 per hour, paid training, and additional evening and weekend pay. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, college coursework, at least six months of experience with children, a reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance, plus successful completion of mandatory training and an RBT exam.
