Description
Big Dreamers ABA is looking for a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The RBT will execute treatment strategies created by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), focusing on improving communication, social interaction, and daily living abilities. This role involves providing direct therapy, implementing behavior intervention plans, recording session data, collaborating with families and the clinical team, and ensuring thorough documentation.
