Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician in Ashburn, Virginia to work one-on-one with children with autism spectrum disorder, implementing individualized behavioral interventions, collecting and recording client data, maintaining a safe therapeutic environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting families. The role requires at least one year of experience working with children, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
