BrightBridge ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools, or communities under BCBA supervision. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting and recording client data, collaborating with the behavior-analyst team, supporting clients and families, and participating in supervision and training. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while current RBT certification, prior ABA or special-education experience, bilingual ability, and further behavioral-health certification aspirations are preferred.
